Travel out of town on Eid?

Hi guppies

As Eid is approaching close by, I know most of us want to spend this amazing festival with family. Those who are away from their loved ones travel towards them while some of us actually just want to spend a great time so they go out and explore around.:superman:

So, are you the person who would like to travel during or right before Eid? Do you find it interesting? What kinda challenges hv you faced?

Feel free to Share Your experience of travel around eid days :joel:

Re: Travel out of town on Eid?

used to be fun in the 90's when used to go from islamabad to gujranwala on those GT Road transport buses......close to eid the buses used to be packed but the mood used to be good on everyone.
Remember a bus ride late late night once just 2 days before eid, we had a guy in the back of the bus who was cracking jokes (decent ones) and the whole bus including conductor and driver were in happy mood. It almost made people regret leaving the bus at their stops along the way cuz it was so entertaining......
those days of riding Kohistan, the punjab-sarhad bus service (those big blue and white buses), were so good!

Haven't traveled by bus recently. Family is abroad now so no need to go to Pak, now its within north america which is closer, but more hassle of travel as its quite expensive
