Atlantis, It will take time. But there is something remarkable happening here when it comes to medical outsourcing. In 5 years time, you will see JV's between US and Indian hospitals directing flow of surgery to India. The last bastion of medicine, elective surgery, will be the hardest hit. Heart, spine and orthopaedic along with cosmetic procedues will become the norm overseas as people in the US will find an alternative for high cost private practices that surgeons charge here.

Pindi. How about Peepee enlargement procedure? So that India’s rich neighbors won’t have to travel to Albania to get that procedure done, at a very high cost.

Madhanee, interesting that you mention the Qutub di Minar. It is an impressive structure indeed..tall, phallic and full of shlokas in the stones that make the first two stories. It is the kama Sutra inclined legacy of muslims in Delhi. until recently it was falling apart until the Indian gov't reenforced it. Incidentally enough, in the same grounds there is a 50ft cast iron pillar, from when Delhi was called Indraprastha (circa 2bc), to this day, scientists have been unable to determine how that pillar was cast to avoid the rusting. That is also an influence of Kama sutra. You need to love your Rod and the rod will love you back.
