Salam people
I need a cheap ticket to Pakistan (pref. Islamabad or Peshawar) from Toronto in December. I know that’s the peak season but I was wondering if any of you might know some good travel agencies?
Please do help me out.

Check out the local Pakistani newspapers. My dad just got us some excellent tickets by Gulf Air.

that I can only do when I am in Canada.. am in USA. wanna go to Pak from Canada

This was the cheapest place where we were able to find tickets to Pakistan. Bear in mind, we are stopping in the UK for a few weeks so that may make a difference in prices.

There are direct flights from Toronto to Pakistan with PIA. We are flying from Gulf Air and our flight is going to stop in Bahrain for a few hours. Personally, I have no problem with this after all the horror stories I have heard about PIA. I'm willing to give Gulf Air a shot. If you want a direct flight, you shouldn't have any problems getting one with PIA. I'm not sure of any other direct flights to Pakistan. Actually, British Airways just started to fly to Islamabad for the first time in two years today. I don't know of any other major western airline that still flies to Pakistan after 9/11.

Gulf Air...Yikes! :-)
If you enjoy landings and take offs then you will enjoy your trip. Gulf Air is notorious for making too many stops. Its like a "bus". I just thought I should mentally prepare you :-p Enjoy your trip to Pakistan...
