what does setting the foundation mean? like how does the foundation look after it is set, i don’t wear foundation or face powder b/c it’s never looked right or looks made up and heavy, either the shade is off or my skin looks all dry after i used to put the powder on so i’m still shopping around for the right stuff

What Colorful Eyes said, but also, if you use it correctly, it’ll just be “sealed” and wont budge, will prevent oxidizing through out the day and will keep oils at bay too. And again, if used correctly it wont look like a dry cakey mess. It used to intimidate me also but once I played around w/ good quality powders, I realized what a difference it can make.
