I hope someone well versed in Punjabi will come to help you soon. This seemed a mixed version as it contains ‘Ganga gaya gal mukdi nai’ by Bulleh Shah. The version by Nusrat fateh AliKhan goes like:

Thank you so much muqawwee. I understand some Punjabi but sadly not enough to fully comprehend this song. I need someone to translate it into English for me. Before he starts singing "sun charkhe di mithi mithi kook" he sings about something else.
ghama wala charkha tay dukha diya pooniya (I don't know what pooniya means)
the next two phrases I don't understand either (kad/gat sakni na balalye kuriye???)
