Gainday is the name of the flower and they are yellow in color that you usually see in mehndi decorations at wedding.

if you mean Arzaan or ارزان, then it is a Urdu/Faris word which means Cheap. So K KHan is right ... well The opposite is GiiraaaN / گران (expensive).
