Are you in Pakistan? Best advice would be to give it to a skilled tailor in Pakistan. They will know how to stitch the shirt and lengha together in such a way that it looks like a frock. They will also know what needs to be added to give the perfect look. Could you ask your SIL to have it done by the same person she did hers by?

Yeah well I’m in the UK and my SIL sent me pics of her dress, I might be goin to Pak some time end of this yr, and wanted to do this with my lehnga.
