Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen‎

I just watched Transformers…

Story was utter crap…made no sense…kinda reminded me of Pirates of the Caribbean 3…so 1/10 for Story

Special Effects were top notch…but the action lasted for 1 hour non-stop…

I will give it 5/10…

Terminator 4 was much better…looking forward to Public Enemies next…

Re: Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen‎

i want to watch it!

Re: Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen‎

yes its first part is awesome but this part is also not bad

I agree with you on Revenge Of the Fallen but Terminator wasn't good either it lacked the charisma of the first 2 and relied more on action than content!!! i am not saying i hated it!!!

Transformers

Has anyone seen the "transformers" movie and how was it?

Re: Transformers

I saw it and its good but its not REALLY a family movie.

transformers 1 was alright, but this one (the fallen) was just below par, seriously, and this is coming from a huge G1 transformers fan. I hate shia lebouf, those marines, sam's parents and all those 'human's who ruined this movie. The only thing that saved that movie was that rear shot of megan fox in the beginning! :P

So you're also a G1 fan. I haven't seen the second one, but I wasn't particularly impressed with the first one , its major flaw being too much emphasis on humans on not enough on the Transformers. Unlike you though, I really didn't care much for Megan Fox's character.

I'd say that the best Transformers movie out there is still the one from 1986. Other than that, there are many nice fan efforts that can be found on youtube.

Blah movie, skip it.

oh yeah, on the motor bike right at the start. :sunnyboy:

There was also a scene of her in full niqaab later on in Egypt.

Transformers 1 was better, but this one has already made 200 mil… less than seven days out.

I didnt care much about her character either, but I had to justify the $15 I spent somehow on this rushed movie they dished out. Oh and a huge spoiler, this is the 3rd time Optimus dies and comes back to life, atleast from the G1 continuum.

Oh yeah, that was BADASS! From the soundtrack to the characters, though they killed many bots back then to pave way for more toys on the shelves - more sales. Still, I loved the dinobots, Blur, Wreck Gar, and even Ultra Magnus. Random trivia, did you know that Leonord Nimoy (Spock) played Galvatron (Megatron's reincarnation) in that one?

p.s. did you guys realize sound wave was transferred into a geosynchronous satellite orbitting earth in this movie? that was cool.

Re: Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen‎

what a crap movie. I just couldn’t get past the toilet humor. They totally ruined the movie with it. It’s a good thing I didn’t pay for my ticket :champ:

to me it was too much choo-choo ki malia.
i couldn't even tell what was going on in the movie.

and that dagger part was soo POP

I know right? I was so confused as to what the hell was going on in the freaking desert near the end. Also, it was so freakin long. I spent three hours at the theatre.

Re: Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen‎

lol. the most annoying part was as if pharoahs did nothing remarkable in making those pyramids :hehe:

lol. i am really into screen plays and tbh there it was really hard for beginners to learn any of the action sequence techniques…since it was more like i wrote an essay in such a trashy writing that i dont even want my teacher to understand any bit of it.

entire story line was some prophetic  and some aliening  and i have come to the conclusion that after every few years they come up with these out of the world stories which are some how related to humans…and the legacy continues until the producers wont produce its 3-4 sequels. and in the beginning of every sequel you will see rise of evil.

ok some serious nerd talk is about to follow...

lol! the dagger's the autobot matrix of leadership... that matrix of leadership is something the G1 fans can relate to. It contains the wisdom of all the autobot leaders in the past, including Alpha Trion, and optimus used it to counter the deadly spores in the series finale, which left the matrix empty.

the matrix was used to 'light our darkest hour'

Re: Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen‎

And another thing that didnt make sense was how they said optimus was a decedent of the primes. According to the original series, he was an ordinary robot known as Orian Pax who was killed by megatron long time ago and was brought back by Alpha Trion.

Talk about killing an established storyline!
