Transfer of residence

For some one who may have moved to Pakistan from the US or Canada. The CBR and official websites for Pakistan have very little info and most of it is in a language comprehended by lawyers only.
Any advice on how to go abouts a transfer of residence and taking your stuff that you own with you would be appreciated.

I would think going through and getting this info directly from Pak Embassy would be best. IF you are in N. America, u can call for free consultation to the lawyers of immigrations.

You cannot apply for TR if u are permanent resident of Canada or Green card holder of USA, or holiding dual nationality. You can only apply for TR if u can prove that you were working outside pakistan & only had a temporary residence outside Pakistan.

You must be living at least two years out of Pakistan.

So if one has dual nationality (US and Pakistani) and wants to move back to pakistan lets say after 15 years living in the US. That cant be done?
