Yup things have changed and yes Pakistani exporters/traders have learned their lesson but it is little to late, as the market never waits for anyone, Chinese and Indians have dominated the market Pakistan should have… and as per the cost of energy it is bit difficult for Pakistani exporters to compete with Chinese and Indians products in terms of price.. what they can do is to upgrade the quality of their products and target different market sectors…
