Iftikhar Chaudhry has the honour of having taken oath under PCO not once, but twice ... but would some one of you please tell me , why Benzair was so keen to restore him as the CJ - and blessed him as his CJ - wanted to hoist Pakistani Flag on his house ...
If he is corrupt then benziar was a hypocrite and was using his unfair dismal by Pervaz Musharraf for political gain ..

I had to look into the dates of this thread just to confirm that this is not some old thread revived because same kind of things were brought/published/posted by Mushy lovers in 2007 and 2008... and now Zardari have taken the same route.

The government is conspiring against the Chief Justice, trying to find out some corruption cases against his son. Lets see if they succeed in their mission or not. The government has started to take Musharraf's way, I think we are moving towards the Bangladesh model now before elections...

With Fawad Ch. in PPP and special advisor of PPP, one should not think of anything good coming out of it!!!
Just look at it, PPP have support of Fawad Ch. Pervaiz Ellahi, Shujaat, MQM... all of these were with Mushy and were supporting him against CJ movement... and today Mushy is locked in a condo in a land far far away!!!! These will make sure same or even worse happens to Gillani and Zardari!!! so hang in there!

^ thats what i was saying to you, the government seems to go for a heads on collision with different organs of the state, which could mean end of the government for now, and maybe a neutral dispensation (the Bangladesh model I was talking about). Dangerous days ahead, either the government would have their way and have a compliant Supreme court/CEC or a confrontation which could take any direction. I fear that the government has decide to take the latter route, benefits for them if they are prevalent they will have a compliant judiciary and if not they will become a shaheed once again. No performance to go to the public in a fair and transparent manner.
