one thing u need to keep in mind is that you CANNOT do spot reduction. I've seen many girls doing just the crunches bcuz they're trying to shed some fat from the mid area... You cannot do that... it will be of no use to you. Your bodyfat % suppose to decrease in order for u to see changes. The only way u can do that is by doing cardio exercises... and a bit of weight training just to tone up ur body...because im sure you dont want loose skin here and there...
