Giving a detailed account of the ‘fraudulent’ accession of Kashmir with India through a handout that was distributed among media persons during a press conference held here, People’s Political Party (PPP) Chairman, Hilal Ahmed War said time is right to capitalise on the mood and sentiment of the Kashmiri masses and launch an all out attack against any attempt aimed at perpetuating the illegal Indian rule in Kashmir.
**Launching a scathing attack on Bihari labourers, an excited Hilal War said "Indian Intelligence agencies and fanatic Hindu organizations like VHP, RSS, Bajrang Dal etc. are sending their trained men from various parts of India particularly from Bihar, Assam, West Bengal and U.P. to Kashmir under the garb of labourers and artisans. **

Indian government is carrying out a very systematic dilution of Muslim population in Kashmir. Hundreds of thousands of Hindu Biharis, Bengalis, U.P etc are purposedly settled in Kashmir to make Kashmiri Muslims a minority. Kashmiris surely hate this policy and want to voice their concers.
