Traffic tickets - avoiding a warrant & fees

Hopefully this will help some one out there but I gave my tickets to a lawyer which were about $2700 and he charged me $175 to take care of it all including a pending warrant from 2005!

I don’t understand, this lawyer pulls up some info on his computer, types a few things and next thing you know everything is maaf. So if any one of you out there have tickets you should just take it to a lawyer and usually they know people within the system to practically wipe out your sins.

*Just felt like posting it because I couldn’t find any help for it and I didn’t want to pay no $2700 for driving super fast.

Re: Traffic tickets - avoiding a warrant & fees

Which country is this?

How can you have $2700 tickets and warrant and still have valid license?

I got a ticket once, was going 88 in 55, went to the court 4 times and officer never showed up then 5th time I went they told me they lost the ticket. So, ended up paying $500 to put it to rest rather than them finding the ticket later and issuing a warrant later!

Re: Traffic tickets - avoiding a warrant & fees

It’s America. I did get pulled over but everytime the cops let me go without even bringing up the warrant. Once a cop told me to get out of the car and I had my family with me and he pretended to show me that there was something wrong with the backlights but he was like, “Son, I know you seem like a good kid and you’re family is with you so I’m not going to arrest you for your warrant because it’s a traffic ticket.” I was like, “You’re fricken awsome bro!”

*I also used my jersey state id once and pretended I lost my DL and the cop wasn’t able to pull anything and just gave me a citation. I’ve had a warrant since 2005! :rotfl:

Re: Traffic tickets - avoiding a warrant & fees

UK.....they once towed my car away as I had an unpaid fine, which was 100 pounds but ended up costing me about 700 pounds.

Re: Traffic tickets - avoiding a warrant & fees

Dude, that sucks!

Re: Traffic tickets - avoiding a warrant & fees

not do mention that I once had to pay 800 pounds in parking tickets in one month. 10 tickets at 80 pounds each.

I want to relocate somewhere else I am getting fed up with this country.

Re: Traffic tickets - avoiding a warrant & fees

Yes it was pretty bad on thursaday...but our victorian drainage system is still going strong....otherwise it could have been a disaster.

Water got into a few buildings...and a couple of roads were closed.
