Problem statement

Lack of traffic sense amoung the people, due to which we gets into traffic jams and accidents as a direct consequence and get stress, anger and anxiety as a by product.

Reason

No civic sense taught at any educational level, we tend to give motorbikes to kids of age 10 or lesser, we have been taught that breaking laws is status symbol.
Last not least, we are always in some kind of hurry. Maybe because we lack time management skills as well.

Solution
Implement traffic and civic sense as mandatory subject from primary till graduation.
Cane the kids driving cars and motorbikes and arrest the Guardian or father and keep him in jail for atleast one night.

Above solutions shall settle the problem to certain extent

fair point but how come this nation becomes banday ka puttar the moment it steps on the motorway?
