Hi guys,
I’m on the hunt for a traditional outfit suitable for what will hopefully be an intimate nikkah event. I’m planning on saving white for the wedding day so hoping to look a bit more traditional for this ceremony and wear something slightly brighter.
If any have you have seen the recent souchaj shoot, or the old school red dupattas with dabka and fringe on the corners, that’s the kind of look I want to go for but with a fairly simple outfit otherwise.
I’d love to hear of good designers that would be good with traditional wear on a budget and accessible online. I’m not ready to fork out big brand designer prices for such a small event so any suggestions would be brill!
Also if anybody has seen outfits that you think might fit the bill, I’d love to see them. I’ve been back and forth on what I want and having ransacked instagram have yet to find the perfect outfit but have definitely become cross eyed in the process.
