We cook rice flour roti but I never tasted Bajre ki roti but I have seen bajre ka ata at supermarket few times, i will try it.

yes these types are rotis are most suitable with saag, Palak and daal

There were many bairi ke darkhat in our home, when we were children. pados ke bache bair lene aate the to sab se nae purane badle nikalne ka moqa milta tha ![]()
these murkjhae huwe bair were called ‘kokla’ :hehe: inke haar bana ke sukhaya jata to to enjoy them after the season is over,

We had jaaman tree in our home. ab to lene padte hain bahir se . 60-100 rupe kilo

We have jamun in our gaoon too .
Never tried
Btw never found falsa and jamun in UK. There are other many types of fruits but never seen these two. I have seen English type of Jamaun in one of the countryside but no falsa or this Pakistani jamun.
