Actually I think long skirts make larger people look better … If they wear tight jeans then it is important to cover at least until the middle of the thighs … Otherwise I think larger women are at a disadvantage in wearing any kind of clothing, but in that respect thin women too have little to boast about … Middle path is the best … most decent is to hide the shape of the body whether it is for larger or thinner women … I guess shalwar kameez can do that, but the design of shalwar kameez has changed these days the shalwar rests at the chin and the kameez might as well be a blouse and the galas are so open they might as well be cardigans and the arms are so tight they might as well be sleeveless … oh wait a sec they are sleeveless these days - they might as well be a banyan.
With such little left of the shalwar kameez these days the only ones who don’t look like film actresses are the thin girls who can get away wearing shalwar kameez looking elegant short of looking sexually luring. Any woman with a curve or two will show more of her womanhood - making her look desperate. I think that is the contention here.
