OK SO we went to a shop that sells bathroom sinks washes cabinets etc, they have no display only a catalogue u buy from. so once bought the label on THE BOX says
plese mke sure the size on the box is correct that u have ordered, once thebox is opened the product cannot be returned if incorrect size installation is acceptance of quality.
is this allowed? we bought it but now thy wont let us return. they did not mention this in the shop before buying only written on box ONCE BOUGHT
what can be done?
thereis no refund policy on the manufacturer website Genesis eden bathroom
they have a massive disclaimer taking away liabilty
