As its always said if you havent jot down the new year resolution, now is the time. But listing the resolution means nothing if we cant keep up with it. And most often we lose track of the time and before we know it’ll be the end of year.
So why not have a thread here where we can list our resolution, and every now and then visit it and check where we are. Also we can give others a nudge too. May be one person’s accomplishment becomes other’s inspiration.
So lets start if you have anything in mind for this year. Help us help you out!

Don't think I declared any specific new year's resolutions except to focus more on myself.
Have you guys considered doing the Atkins 20 diet or Atkins 40 if you don't have much to lose? I have been off refined sugar for 2 and 1/2 months (worse carb according to Arkins) ,but I will be forever a slave to carb anything. This program will allow very limited carbs mainly coming from vegetables until you are 15 lbs away from your desired weight. I feel this is the only way to remove the carbohydrate addiction.

I dont want to do any specific diets as they restrict a lot of what I can or cannot eat. I get bored very easily and that is why nothing worked for me before. I am simply eating 1700 calories a day. Nothing is off limits as long as I stay within that number which means I am free to eat anything.
It's been such a quick start to the year. I've accomplished a few things but it's really time to GRIND. Spring and warm weather make life so much easier and are really motivating so I am sure things will be better!
Not really on a weight loss journey, more focused on being toned. Kayla Itsines BBG or PopSugar fitness videos are my fav. Will workout a plan this month!
