People are dying by the droves on a daily basis…
Only the rich and the wicked have cars of high calibre and only they can afford to track them.
Most common people in Pakistan and all over the world for that matter have a lot more to worry about than thier cars… Besides i for one would love a world without the automobile… and thats an opinion most disgruntled car mechanics will agree with. 
Yes cars are like metal cages you get into every morning by yourself, only contact you make with others while driving is if you hit some one or some one hits you…then…words come pouring out!..

Naah cars are the most popular modern form of transport, however they are for poorer people in developed nations a life support without which they simply couldn’t get anywhere…
In poorer countries a lot less rely on cars and they are a luxury instead of a nessecity.
Also more developed countries have more developed cars… in Pakistan and India they still drive 1930’s/1940’s technology cars like the Morris Ambassador… and the Buick saloon.

it makes sense my seven year old car has the chip in it that will respond to the Sattellite!
