I manage about 5 sites at work where I have to make enhancements and stuff. I like the fact that its open source but then its very difficult to make custom changes to the UI.
Anyone here used trac at any point and time? Did you like it?

Re: Trac (web based project management and bug tracking system)
No... We are using kayako, not an open source...
I think... Bugzilla is good bug tracking open source software.
Re: Trac (web based project management and bug tracking system)
yeah it might be but the reason we are using trac is because of the subversion interaction with it. It comes with a subversion codebase browser and subversion to trac hooks. Dont know if bugzilla does that.
Re: Trac (web based project management and bug tracking system)
We are using pivotaltracker for project management and clarity for big tracking.
Re: Trac (web based project management and bug tracking system)
I used clarity in my previous job. That was a job all in itself with all the tracking we used to do.

redmine here.
