Towel pull ups

Try these if you can already do 5 or more regular ones. Reasons being

  1. They’re awesome for grip strength.
  2. If you’re bored of the regular ones, these ones aren’t boring at all.
  3. They’re awesome.
    2 and 3 are pretty crappy reasons.
    The reason I use it is that the pull up bar I installed at home wasn’t parallel with the ground. This created a balance problem, with me not hanging straight. So I threw a towel over it and no more balance problems.

This one isn’t for you. At least not right now. It does say “If you can do 5 standard ones”.
This isn’t a bad goal though.

PS: You might never be able to do them, just cause you’re a woman(lower upper body strength). Now prove me wrong.

I wouldn't try it because I'd look funny hanging to a towel. lol

There should be a warning I guess "You might end up looking like a monkey while doing the exercise"
