Sikhism preaches a message of devotion and remembrance of God at all times, truthful living, equality of mankind and denounces superstitions and blind rituals.
My question is that why ppl say that Sikhism has Hindu roots, I mean Multi-God philosophy???

Who told u that Hinduism is a multi-god philosophy, necessarily? Hinduism has plenty of philosophies widely divergent of each other.
There are 8 vedic philosophies, that is ones which agree with authority of vedas and plenty of non-vedic philosophies, ie. those who dont believe authority of vedas, and each of them is different.
it was started back in 16th century no big deal.
