whada hell does this mean? Touta (Parrot) Cheism (??). I heard this word being used in my family a few times and else where too. Usually this word is used for a person who is disliked so I’m assuming it means back stabber or two faced probably. Do you know the correct defination?
BTW this Touta is not the parrot wala touta. It is something else. It is calling "tatta choos"..sucking the balls. The person who is a khushamadi or trying please for his gain only.

'Totta chashm' or 'Touta Cheism' as u put it does relate to totta or 'parrot' .. 'chashm' means 'nazr'...... so altogather it mean 'Tottay jesee nazrain rakhnay wala' or sumone who isn't loyal..
It is believed that the parrots have this tendency to break away from his master as soon as it gets a chance no matter how long they've stayed with them. Bottom line, they r not loyal as dogs or cats are. I hope u get the drift now :-)

MM, totta chishm is in urdu language and probably used in persian too.
Totas are universal and so are their chashm-versions :halo: FYI.
