well this sure IS outside karachi or ATLEAST in its outskirts.. cuz the way roads are merging, its definitely, as who---me said, somewhere in the south of sindh .. most probably towards the highway villages..

Bhaiyoo, the story goes something like this!
Rafay Sahib is working for the oil company and so was visiting their sites near Karachi. When he was leaving for his trip, the news had it that the cyclone will hit Karachi! So, everyone teased him about it and pushed him not to go …
Anyway, when he got back, he sent us all the scanned picture shown above. Sure enough its a “bhagoola” somewhere near his oil drilling site & not the actual thing.
YES, he was trying to be funny!!! Which he sucks at …
