Tour de Pak

On the insistance of some fellow guppies, whose names i shall not mention openly, i have here a few snaps of Pakistan when i went there. These are nowhere the total number i have, i’ll update and upload the rest later. but here are a few for now…

Just prior to Boarding the plane from Gate M16

First pic when i landed at Lahore Airport @ 10:20PM

2 Days later..i was out and about. Here’s Minar-e-Pakistan

one of many underpasses built within Lahore to improve the traffic situation as well as beautify the city. well done!!! two thumbs up

Lahore Fort

Daewoo Express Terminal located at Kalma Chowk-Lahore…my first bus ride, my first trip out of city: Destination-Islamabad
The bus on the left would be taking me to my destination. mm comfy ride, you’re served delicious food within the bus (a meal) and rounds of drinks everytime you desire. They have a bus hostess at your service, who at the time of departure read the Dua-e-Safar, and then serves you along the way. Extremely posh i must say.

Enroute…on motorway from Lhe-Isb

We disembark at the one and only (if i recall correctly) food stop enroute. This place is called Kallar Kahar, it’s located about 1.5hrs prior to arrival in ISB

Again, just another shot of the bus.

This is the official Daewoo service stop. It’s operated by Daewoo Express in alliance with other bus companies. Place is called Kallar Kahar. You get to refresh yourself here, they have a restaurant, snack bars, i drank lotsa red bull here and ate some yummy food i can’t remember the name of.

one of my roads u’d see…if u travel into areas such as Kaghan, Naran, etc..

a local Kaghan town

can ya hold ur breath…!

Second time around, i rode this bus (Daewoo Express)…its service is known as the VIP (and i’ll tell you why is because, it’s equipped with Leather reclining seats and the ride is much more comfortable, better machine overall, you pay 200 extra i believe)

My last ride in pakistan. This is operated by another big name in long-distance bus service known as Niazi Express. The ride was quite comfortable again. Nothing compared to Daewoo i’ll tell you that!

Run baby run

Yes! i went to see a stage show. This is how close you can get for a whoppin Rs.1000. Front row, couch seats…

That’s all for now folks…i’ll surely do my best to upload the rest of my pics in the coming days!..hope you like the ones you see thus far
