How do i make my hair silky, not dry and shiny?
Re: Totkas for making hair silky & shiny
Try oiling ur hair.
Re: Totkas for making hair silky & shiny
olive oil
Re: Totkas for making hair silky & shiny
put coconut oil on overnight or put a little when it's wet, it's easier for the hair to absorb than olive oil because it's more lightweight
Re: Totkas for making hair silky & shiny
I love the way how my hair look and feel after I apply a mixture of yogurt, egg(optional), and a tbs or so of either vinegar or lemon juice. Apply it and leave it for minimum 15-20 minutes and then wash it off.
Leaves hair bouncy, velvety, and shiny. Give it a try. You can do it once ow twice a week.
Oiling and massaging scalp and hair is a must for me.
Re: Totkas for making hair silky & shiny
Eat cod liver oil capsules and massage your scalp with olive oil.
Re: Totkas for making hair silky & shiny
Egg always makes my hair very shiney - although it smells for a while afterwards!

1/4 cup olive oil, 2 egg yolks and 1/4 cup of yoghurt. This is a great moisturizing hair-mask.
Avocado, egg yolk and yoghurt is ideal for very dry/brittle and damaged hair.
Re: Totkas for making hair silky & shiny
thanks for your tips everyone muaahz
Aloe vera would help a great deal too..
Re: Totkas for making hair silky & shiny
i put cocunut oil mixed with i think castor oil and its awesome seriously lol..
Re: Totkas for making hair silky & shiny
ahhh i tried parachute coconut oil, very lightly, it felt great gliding a comb through my hair however it was totally gross to wash out and even after 2 shampoos, my hair felt heavy. i think olive oil is lighter but i dont want to smell like oil in the store.
i just do the normal dry brush scalp/shampoo/conditioner/rinse/leave in styling lotion/comb hair straight. the final step can be airdry if you have naturally straight hair or you can blowdry, followed by a flatiron and final touch of shine spray.
Re: Totkas for making hair silky & shiny
And after you've washed your hair, rinse it with cold water and after you've dried and styled it, blast it with the coldest setting on your hairdryer. This will add gloss and shine :)
Re: Totkas for making hair silky & shiny
well i heard rinsing with cold water is only good if you're airdrying, because if you're going to blast hot air on your hair anyway, it cancels out the sealing effects of the cold rinse.
