toronto to islamabad

does any one know of airlines (other that PIA) that goes from toronto to islamabad? are they cheaper than PIA? what are the stopovers?

Emirates is flying from Toronto from end of October. It will go to Islamabad via Dubai.

PIA will go directly ... well apparently, they have raised their standards big time. I have been hearing nothing but good things about them lately ... but I would still fly on Emirates or Etihad instead. :p

I wouldnt suggest anything except PIA for Toronto-Islamabad. You'll pay a dollars (barely a hundred each way) more with another airline, but you wont have the convenience of a non-stop flight. My time and sanity are worth more than saving a grand total of $200 round-trip.

PIA has also gotten its act together in recent years (esp on their new planes/international routes). I fly regularly, and I have nothing but rave reviews for PIA. The passengers though... are another story.
