300 is generally going to be too low for proper bridal makeup (atleast if you go with a desi MUA). I did make some inquiries last summer (though their prices may have gone up since) and the following MUAs should fall under 500 for desi bridal makeup:

-Beautybox By KnB (possibly 500-600)
-Nida Farooqui
-Noor Artistry (possibly 500-600 depending on travel)
-Beauty Concept by Shirley Wu (if you go with a Senior Artist instead of the Wu sisters)
-Glowing Goddess by Afsana
-Essra (torontobridalmakeup)
-Areeba Khan
You can find most of the above on instagram. Another artist I’d recommend is Nilo Haq, but her rates are above 500.
As for photographers, check out Photography By Azra and Qiu Photography. I like work by The Wedding Chronicle, Qurrat Ayun Studios and Iftekhar Alam (ialamphoto) but I have no idea what range they’d fall into.
