Weekdays would work better if people in the same area (close to each other) meeting up Weekends would be better if people are coming from all around i.e Vaughn, Milton etcI can do weekends....so yah let's make this happen :)

After looking at east west north south of GTA locations in your posts, may I suggest you all meet at Union GO? oh and buying a return ticket will save you some cents :D

Ok, lets get together, gta PARENTS who can on a weekend ;)
how does the long weekend sound? maybe monday afternoon of the thanksgiving long weekend if everyone is in town? is downtown do-able? around union station is not a bad idea since its off the dvp/gardiner too and there shouldn't be much traffic on the highways given its the long weekend and most folks will be out of town.
