I dont know how many of you tune in to your radio at 5:00 in the evening everyday. There is a 2 hour program on songs and other misc. stuff. The program is hosted by a guy named Moin Jamal.
Enuff said
Anyway.. I am usually on the road at that time and that channel is tuned in.
I noticed 2 things.. that simply bowled me over
The way Moin sahib introduces a song, or a composer… he gives FULL sound effects from his mouth (Reminds me of Rangeela Marhoom - who also SANG the music while singing a song ) . For example, today he was doing a program on some indian composer "Unn ki kyaa baat hay, aik aik surr alag alag boolta hua maloom hota hay.. jitnee films main music diyaa hay subb super hit hain. Jaisay woo gana hay "Bhool gaya subb kuch .. Hmmnnnnnnnnn yaad nahi ab kuch Hmmmmmm - ohooooooooo - Hmmnnnnnnnnn .. Tak dinnn tak takk taak dhinn… " O man I almost felt like stopping on the side and have a hearty laugh before driving onwards
The other guy who co-hosts the program by the name of Bilal Shah, his only utility seems to be reading out the telephone numbers of the sponsors The really funny thing is the way he introduces himself.
Moin: Aaj ka program paish kar rahay hain Moin Jamal Bilal : AUR BILAL SHAH
Now this AUR BILAL SHAH is said as if the person was sleeping and someone suddenly pricked his butt with a needle and he jumps up from sleep shouting “AUR BILAL SHAH” and then goes back to sleep

That guy is pretty amusing... he goes like.. tha the thaaa thaa.... and doesn't stop..once I called him up to say...that he is really good and very intuative..his head grew by a foot..and that was it... the whole transmission..he kept on repeating what I had said..and just... kept annoying everyone...but one this I do like about him is the songs he plays..they are almost always good....
omg! i know who you are talking about. he annoys my dad so much that he doesn’t listen to his show at all during that time slot. he goes “paisay diye hain lessons kay, show to karna hai na” but yeah man…he is annoying. and that co-host…sahi kaha…just for number reading. and agreeing with mr. moin. i think he got his daughter on the show too…so she can read the numbers in that canaydian ishtyle.
