Hi, ordering straight from Pakistan is very complicated because they really rip you off with fabrics! They claim it to be good quality but once you get it, its not like that at all! I know somebody who is based in Montreal, Canada who takes custom orders on bridal/party/casual wear. She is amazing! You get what you order, no cheats with the fabrics, pure honesty. I have ordered many things from her and I have been very happy with her so far.
You may need to ask her to send you pictures of her designs as she recently made a Facebook page. Facebook
Give it a go, send her a few pictures of what you want and see if she meets your budget. She usually tries to work around it.

Mrs Kazmi, Bunto and Dr. Haroon all have customers abroad - US, Canada, UK etc. I think they avoid taking online orders for abroad shipment with new customers as it could just be fraud. That being said if you have a relative or close-kin in Karachi, you can set up an appointment for them to meet the designers. With these 3 designers, know that the quality of material and kaam will never be compromised, be it an online order or in-person. And their prices are pretty standard; as in what they have quoted you, you'll be charged exactly that and the time they have said for delivery will be just that. So in a way you eliminate the stress/worry for all external factors.
If you really want a Bunto or Dr Haroon dress, then contact them directly - I don't think they will decline if you are a genuine customer. Not so sure about the other new designers like HSY, SS etc.

Is Dream Couture that fancy place next to Cafe De Khans restaurant In Mississauga? I really don't like the lady there. I liked a party suit and asked her how much it was, and the lady tossed her head and yelled 575$! before i had even finished my sentence. I doubt she even looked at the dress I was holding.
I wouldn't go there again . I highly recommend Cafe De Khans food though!
