**اسلام آباد:سپریم کورٹ نے نوازشریف اور جہانگیرترین سمیت نااہل قراردیے جانے والے کئی سیاستدانوں کے مستقبل کا تعین کردیا۔ نواز شریف اور جہانگیر ترین کو تاحیات نااہل قرار دے دیا گیا۔**آئین کے آرٹیکل62 ون ایف کے تحت نااہلی کی مدت کے تعین سے متعلق کیس کا محفوظ شدہ فیصلہ سنا دیا گیا۔ فیصلے کے تحت پاناما کیس میں تاحیات نااہل قرار دیے جانے والے نواز شریف کی تاحیات نااہلی کا فیصلہ برقرار
رکھا گیاجبکہ 5 سال کیلئے نااہل قرار پانےوالے جہانگیر ترین کو بھی تاحیات نااہل قرار دے دیا گیا۔
فیصلہ چیف جسٹس ثاقب نثار کی سربراہی میں 4 رکنی بینچ میں شامل جسٹس عمر عطا بندیال نے سپریم کورٹ کے
کمرہ نمبر ایک میں پڑھ کر سنایا۔ فیصلے میں قرار دیا گیا کہ یہ تمام ججز کا متفقہ فیصلہ ہے۔ آرٹیکل 62 ون ایف کے تحت نااہل قرار دیے گئے سیاستدانوں کی نااہلی تاحیات ہوگی، جب تک عدالتی ڈیکلیریشن موجو دہے ، نااہلی رہے گی۔ رکن پارلیمنٹ ہونے کیلئے صادق اور امین ہونا ضروری ہے اورجو شخص صادق اور امین نہیں ہے اسے آئین تاحیات نااہل قرار دیتا ہے۔آرٹیکل 62 ون ایف میں نااہلی کی مدت کا تعین نہیں، فیصلہ 18 ویں ترمیم میں آرٹیکل 63 کے تحت مدت کا فیصلہ کیا۔[/RIGHT]
Its hilarious how on-duty judge mingles with one political party leaders on a private occassion while knowing that those are an entity in many current judicial cases.
NS and co are facing the music? something people of Pakistan faces on daily basis! the judges, the lawyers? the reader, even QASID all are waiting for petitioner or accused as their source of income or ego!!! it is normal for a person to be jailed for 20 years before they can be proven guilty or innocent in murder case, 20-50 years for other trials!!!
If NS had worked to improve the judicial system, today nothing of this sort might have happened!
