^ Yes considering that if the US state department has arranged these people for carrying out propaganda on Pakistani forums, I feel sorry for them. I wonder if ISAF is using the same criteria during hiring of soldiers and policemen in Afghanistan as well.

yes, it is quite possible, their past war strategies during cold war, and situation in Libya are clear evidences.
