Re: :(

Talk to ALLAH in your heart and ask for HIS forgiveness if you have done something HE doesnt like. Talk to HIM like you talk to a dear friend and tell him everything that you feel. InshALLAH you will feel better.
ALLAH will never let you down.

Recite Darud Sharif alot.

thanx alot :)

Salaam.. Pray to Allah like SC said. I looked up some du’as in the Fortress of A Muslim and a book with supplications for the day and night. May Allah ease your problems for you and relieve you from your depression and frustrations. :flower1:

These are the du’as you can read. Also read these du’as while in sadjah, that is when one is closest to Allah T’aala.

thanx alot chilly milly ..thatz such a help :)..May Allah give u Ajjar 4 it…i’ll definitely go thru these inshAllah…

Re: :(

read ya haiyo ya qayoom bi rehmateeka astaghees as much as you can.

Re: :frowning:

u can also read ina lillah wa ina alyhi rajeoon :k:

Re: :frowning:

You CAN also pray 5 times a day :hmmm: ever thought about this ..

You CAN Practice being a Muslim and NOT just when your in trouble and distressed.

You CAN send Sallutations upon the PROPHET SAW at ALL times

One MAIN Thing that if EVERY muslims TRIES is to earn HALAL …

Depression is so wide spread around the globe.

May Allah help all of us who suffer from this terrible situation (or disease).

I agree with everyone who suggested to pray.

However I suggest that you do the following two things and ask Allah for His help and divine guidance.

  1. Make sure you walk or jog 60 minutes a day.

  2. Ask yourself that what is the single most important thing you would like to do. And then make it your mission to get that done.

For #1, aka exercise, all the research points to the fact that 1 hour of walking / jogging daily works better than prozac (or other antidepressants).

For #2, make sure you have at least one goal in your life. As Muslims it is our duty to setup positive goal(s) that would somehow help Allah's creation someway. If you can afford it, then volunteer in your local community. And Allah will reward you with happiness beyond your imagination.

There are few other aspects to consider, but I'd limit to just 2 at this moment.

nice advice:)..thanx

thanx alot BP, il try it :)
