2046

There is movie called 2046, in which a mysterious train leaves for 2046 every occasionally. Everyone who goes there has the same intention to recapture his or her lost memories. Memories of love and loss, in a place nothing changes, nobody knows for sure if it was true because nobody who went there ever came back.

If you had a chance to go in that train for your 2046, do you think you will be able to come back?

Re: 2046

so its like dying? :D

Re: 2046

Well, this may not sound like a normal topic but let me try to explain what I am trying to ask.

I was watching a report about Dick Ebersol on Real Sports; Ebersol is the chairperson of NBC Universal Sports & Olympics. He has accomplished almost everything in his life, from fame to money in TV and Sports. On November 28, 2004, Ebersol lost his 14-year-old son, Edward Ebersol, in a plane crash. During the interview, he said that if he had a chance he would go back in time and be present with his son. He thought that his schedule made it difficult for him to be involved.

I know most people do not have the same situation but there are times some may think what if they could go back in time to recapture lost memories and if you do, would you be able to come back?

Re: 2046

No.

Re: 2046

MWP, if given the choice I will do it in a heartbeat. How and Will I be able to comeback is another story....

Re: 2046

I would.

Re: 2046

no

Re: 2046

I think no matter how much we grow up or understand the reality, it will always be difficult to comprehend what happened in past, in sense of love and memories. I do not think that those people, including me, have not move on. I guess we will go back just to reconnect rather to see what happens next.
