Whenever I get a work related email from a desi in our office or even other offices, there is an abundance of exclamation marks. Something like, “hey Ahmad I found the problem !! !!!” or "Meeting at 2!! Please attend , "
Are they too excited to be able to use an email system?
I have caught myself using them too but only when I have been that I never do before work.
I think it's because the more ! marks I use, the more valid my point is. People who use only one ! mark, are putting forward a weak argument and therefor lose the game. However, it is not grammatically correct to use more than one ! mark. :(
I have never worked with a Pakistani desi but I know what goras do...
ok - in capitals like 'OK' means (u don't agree with me b!tch?..I will get u later)
Thanks - in short like 'thx' means (Fk you!)
An IT geek used the phrase "WTF", not in an email but while speaking. Needless to say I don't question the moat & barb wiring that keeps the IT geeks on their side.
^ Hey listen you low life untechnical soul. People like you usually come up with ID10T errors and most of the time the problem is between the chair and the keyboard.
We use a term HNIC for people like you :D
Yea phew…and with great dexterity and determination, I was able to enter this thread once more. Don’t bother replying, I wouldn’t push my luck in being able to do THAT again.
