That's probably because there's just a punctuation mark, and people are naturally inclined towards mystery...
And frankly PP, Quaid-e-Azam's speeches hold no spiritual value for the aching hearts of today...People like to listen to songs to alleviate their pain...It's like a drug for some...

Anyways, you are right. i wish people listened more to what he said. So that we could realize why he worked soo hard to make Pakistan. What was his driving force. Why he didnt care about his health. And why we are living in a free country today.
