I think the best thing you can do, is offer your advice, or make your feelings known, and whatever they do, is up to them. At least you can say you did whatever you could.

If you don't tell us the problem, there's nothing much we can help you with.
If the person is gonna get into crime or prostitution or something on these lines, you gotta take some drastic measures. Do whatever you can to help the person.
If the person has decided to marry someone without the parent's/family's approval(which I think is the case), you better butt out and keep out of his/her personal life. Maybe the relationship will yield him/ her more happiness than obeying the parents and not going thru with it. You never know.
