Not always but let me just explain you how it works on my side. I use english whenever i am having a serious conversation or am in a serious mood and for throwing jokes, i use Urdu.

If the situation is A then you are X, if situation is B then you are Y or sometimes if the situation is A then you are Y and if the situation is B then you are X. Sounds confusing.. So the first statement does not hold any value.

i have boxes and boxes of job related papers which i have yet to go thru and discard the ones i do NOT and will NOT need them. my excuse is always that i MAY need them some day and since they are neatly tucked away so i do NOT feel pressured enuf to finally do the job...is it a typical case of procrastination?
