Non Muslims can’t goto Makkah n medina but can visit other places,there are lot of other places for them to visit:) amusement parks,huge shopping malls, designer brands from clothing,shoes to acessories,hotels n restaurants,foodchains etc etc..

I know quite a lot of Non-Muslims who have traveled to Saudi Arabia. But not a single one of them has gone there for touristic purposes but only for business. The reason for that is: You can have the same amusement parks, shopping malls, etc. in a lot of other places too.

The vast majority of places that make Saudi Arabia unique are not accesible for Non-Muslims. Therefore they have no interest in visiting the country as a tourist.
