i cant say what the top 10 list of designers looks like
but i can name the few names i know who are considered in the top brass of Pakistani fashion scene and surely these ppl will b in the top 10
Nomi Ansar, Maria-B, Deepak Perwani,Hasan Sheheryar etc
as for the price i think u can find something about that from these wesites
