I agree mostly but One very important clarification
Soup is actually one of the Best foods you can have
The number 9 in this video is Commercially made “Caned” soups. Which is not that good as fresh home made soup becasue of preservatives but still it should not have been in the list. That gives a wrong impression.
Important thing to note that there is no ice-cream or chocolate bar in this list

Yes, soups are actually great but I guess she condemns the canned variety due to its high sodium content. However, you do get organic, low sodium soups now.
Good I don't eat any of these things.
