One of the places that I have always wanted to go for is the island of Ibiza (prolly the 2nd home of Paul Oakenfold)
Here is the list from Askmen.com. Get yo groove on ![]()
Number 10: Lake Havasu City, Arizona
For over 30 years, this 45-mile long, man-made lake has been a premier Spring Break destination. At Lake Havasu, you can always count on the sun to be shining, the water to be warm, the beer to be cold, and the women to be h-o-t. At Copper Canyon (also on the lake), Spring Breakers party the night away on rented houseboats, which they tie together to form one huge party line where bikinis and booze are de rigueur. MTV recently hosted its Spring Break special in Lake Havasu, which drew record crowds and cemented its reputation as a top party locale.
Not to be missed: Coed naked cliff jumping.
Number 9: Koh Phangan, Thailand
Each month, the tropical island of Koh Phangan, located in the Gulf of Thailand, attracts almost 10,000 people to celebrate the coming of the full moon. Partygoers dance on the beach of Haad Rin Bay into the wee hours of the morning (and through the next day) to the beat of trip-hop and trance DJs. If you get tired, you can quench your thirst at one of the many bars that pop up along the beach for the Full Moon Party or chill out by a bonfire.
Not to be missed: Funky pre-party body painting.
Number 8: Mazatlan, Mexico
Located on a peninsula across from the southern tip of Baja, California, Mazatlan is home to the longest stretch of uninterrupted beach in all of Mexico. Youâre practically guaranteed to have great weather; there have only been four days of rain in March in the past 26 years. Plus, it offers visitors great value since food and drinks are 30 to 50% cheaper than most other popular Spring Break destinations. The nightlife is also sure to please with exotic bars and nightclubs open until dawn. During Spring Break, there are various theme parties and contests at different nightclubs, every night of the week.
Not to be missed: The biggest foam party in the northern hemisphere at club El Caracol.
Number 7: Nassau, Bahamas
Just a short trip off the coast of Florida, Nassau is part of a unique chain of 700 islands. Thousands of Spring Breakers go to Nassau each year to soak up the sun on the sandy white beaches and swim in the crystal clear waters. There is an incredible amount of daytime activities and sports to choose from, such as parasailing, snorkeling and water-skiing, as well as a sizzling nightlife that cranks up a notch when the energetic Spring Breakers hit town. The dozens of glittering casinos and nightclubs will allow you to party until the sun comes up.
Not to be missed: Paradise Parties (a Spring Break vacation planner) throws numerous beach bashes and events at various locations, with music, food and drinks, outrageous contests, and hot giveaways.
Number 6: Vail, Colorado
If you prefer heading to the hills rather than the beach for Spring Break, this 14,000-foot mountain is sure to satisfy all your skiing and snowboarding desires. Plus, there are tons of other activities to choose from, such as dog sledding, horseback riding, snowmobiling, sledding, and ice skating. As for the nightlife, you wonât be disappointed. The city is host to several bars, nightclubs, and local music and jazz clubs that are well-known for their happy hours, which will help you forget about those horrible midterms.
Number 5: Montego Bay/Negril, Jamaica
The home of reggae music welcomes thousands of Spring Breakers to its tropical shores each year. The gorgeous beaches of Negril offer a relaxed, laid-back atmosphere, while the crazy nightlife in nearby âMoBayâ will take care of your partying needs. If you get tired of the club scene, you can stay at Negril and party on the beach by a bonfire under the stars.
Not to be missed: The different theme parties you can attend include âBottomless Mug,â âPajama,â âFoam,â and âGet Wetâ parties, all of which offer open bars.
Number 4: Acapulco, Mexico
This â24-hour paradiseâ can be as relaxing or crazy as you want it to be. During the day, chill out on the beautiful beaches, soak up some sun, and gather your energy for the crazy nightlife. Donât expect to get much sleep; the nightclubs and discos start getting packed around midnight, and the party doesnât end until itâs time to head back to the beach.
Not to be missed: The Daily Beach Party organized by Paradise Parties on Condesa Beach includes free drinks; at night, the various theme parties (Disco Beach Foam Party, Mardi Gras, etc.) are âall you can drink.â
Number 3: Stowe, Vermont
This is another great Spring Break choice for winter sports fans. At the heart of all Stowe adventures is majestic Mount Mansfield, Vermontâs highest peak and one of the worldâs most famous ski and snowboarding mountains. From Mansfieldâs summit, visitors can see three states, two countries, and Lake Champlain, the sixth Great Lake. At night, you can see live bands at Matterhorn or try karaoke at the Rusty Nail.
Not to be missed: For the ultimate winter adventure, try a dogsled ride. A powerful team of Alaskan Huskies will transport you through 10 miles of winding woodland.
Number 2: Ibiza, Spain
Ibiza is widely regarded as the party capital of the world, attracting the worldâs most famous DJs, celebrities and models. There are dozens of clubs on the island, each with its own theme. At Amnesia, three cannons shoot an endless stream of foam onto the dance floor. Club Privilege, which holds 10,000 people and claims to be the worldâs largest nightclub, features a swimming pool, tightrope walkers, cage dancers, and occasional live sex shows. And donât miss Space, an after-hours club featuring storming techno on the dance floor and blissful grooves on the terrace.
Not to be missed: With all that partying, donât forget to check out one of Ibizaâs many beautiful beaches, such as Playa dâen Bossa, which is dotted with bars and cafĂ©s so you can keep on partying throughout the day.
Number 1: Daytona Beach, Florida
A Spring Break classic, Daytona is also one of the cheapest destinations for students. If itâs a party you want, this is the place to be. With 23 miles of sandy beaches, pool deck parties, tons of happening clubs, and a huge crowd of Spring Breakers that are ready to party, you wonât be disappointed. And if thatâs not enough, you can try boogie boarding, parasailing or skydiving for a real thrill.
Not to be missed: Free concerts by famous bands. In recent years, artists like the Goo Goo Dolls and Run-DMC were part of the action.
