Believe or not…I have an excel spreadsheet (on my Note 3) to track what episode I’m on any particular drama. Most of the time I can’t watch them LIVE so that spreadsheet comes in handy. Currently tracking 8 dramas weekly.
I can't even give you Top 3 names and you are talking about 10 :p

Pyary Afzal is on ARY Digital. Its worth watching. better then all the above you listed. I will go with Pyary Afzal and Mein houn Diwani.

Dramas that didn't make the list that I've stopped watching after a couple of episodes -
meray apney aka spin of Bhagban . Storyline Worked in film but gets boring in a drama.
bai eman mohabat .Sabas character is similar to that in maat ..nothing different
,Zara aur Mehrunisa just okay
majazi Khuda .story is heading no where and un natural acting especially from atiqa odho
pachtawa. Mahnor Baloch is annoying.
Aiasey jalay jia . Inspired from Jahez. Didn't really like.

Oh really ? Last weeks episode felt like the show was wrapping up when Adeel and Sanam got married...but good to know it hasn't ended yet :)
