Has anybody around here seen this 1982 flick starring Dustin Hoffman, Jessica Lang, and Bill Murray?
One of my all time favorite movies. Dustin Hoffman is in one of his legendary roles (The others in my opinion are in the movies Rainman, The Midnight Cowboy, The graduate, and Marathon Man. I’ve not seen his Oscar winning Kramer Vs Kramer yet. He got Oscar himself for his performance in that movie).
Tootsie is very entertaining romantic comedy. The romance part is not that much dominant and probably that’s why I liked it even more.
I never liked Jessica Lang much but she looks wonderful in this movie.
Bill Murray does not have a big role in this one but the scenes he is in are pretty funny.
If you don’t mind watching kinda older classic flicks then definitely check it out.
Another friend also recommended this movie .. hoffman is a great act .. i remember his performance in rainman was outstanding .. dunno much of his other work .. but will check out anyway ..
Dustin Hoffman is a wanker. He has not payed a memorable character in ages. It would be sad if he was a talentless sod like Arnold but he has talent.. wonder when he will appear in a decent movie in a decent role.
I remember that ET was out in movies at the same time and i snuck into Tootsie after watching ET, i guess my attention span was too short cuz i left and watched ET again
