Okay I know it’s kind of a weird question but which toothpastes aren’t TOO strong?
The one I use right now (smack…I don’t even remember which one) lasts pretty long which is upposed to be a good thing but really…you end up eating breakfast (and lunch!!) and drinking water/milk/OJ with that minty aftertaste in the mouth. Not too appealing. Any suggestions?
the only question was left to ask on this forum...lolzzz...i would say dat 3 times toothbrushing is very imp...n if u hv any serious problem regarding ur teeth or any bad breath then visit ur dentist or physician...as a home remedy u can use a pinch of soda to clean ur teeth....nothing diff in tooth pastes i think...
just today i was mentioning this to my friend that i'm using Ransom's Aloe Dent. My mom actually used it and then i liked it too so she gave me one of her tubes. I recently finished my first tube. Its flouride free all natural ingredients: aloe vera(soothes gums), chamomile(soother), green tea( attack bacterias), xylitol(balance PH), silica(whitens), tea tree oil(antiseptic), CoQ10(healthy gums) with menthol flavour but its not too strong. i really like this paste. It taste a bit weird but cleans well plus no flouride and all natural product esp xylitol to balance mouth Ph and silica to whiten teeth.
The one I have is Crest3D....I have no other issues with toothpaste except I just don't want that minty taste to last throughout breakfast and lunch....that's just me. wiull look into the brands recommended.
I know it sounds eww but i brush after having breakfast.( i need to brush after every meal within 20 mins anyway). I think Sensodyne does not have a strong taste.. also my orthodontist told me to not fall for expensive tootpastes they all work the same.
Oral B - it's antibacterial! it does leave a funny aftertaste in my mouth though! works wonders though!
I love this toothpaste.

That's really bad for your teeth. It is recommended not to brush for an hour after you eat as the pH levels in your mouth have decreased, which means that the tooth material is softer. You could be brushing away the enamel.

I'm quite interested to find out why you choose to use a fluoride free toothpaste? Hope you don't mind answering. :)
