Hi GS,
Plz can anyone advice what to take to relieve tooth ache?
My Hubbys in pain and hes crazily taken 2 x 500mcg of paracetamol and 250mcg of amoxycillin, self medicated and now he feels worser. Muthwashed few times with antibacterial motuhwash & tried keeping a clove over his back tooth to sooth the pain but hes still in agony and doesnt wanto go hospital!!
what shall i do?

ur husband shd c a dentist and really shd not b self prescribing antibiotics

Def go see the dentist, as the tooth could be infected and the longer you leave it the worse it could get.

see a Denstist and in the mean time apply clove oil and/or take pain killer.

thank you guys, seen the doc today, they said go see dentist. its all due to his infected tooth, hes got a green lump inside his cheek becoz of it..

There's a gel you can buy especially for tooth and gum pain, I can't remember the name but I used it before my first (and hopefully last) filling.. that pain was excruciating.. (the dentist's injection was pretty bad as well :()
It can relieve the pain until your SO gets to the dentist to fix it.. Normal painkillers usually won't make it any better..

Give him Ansaid? It's pain killer and it works for toothache. But he must get that tooth extracted.

he doesnt wanto go to dentist becoz his teeth are in such a bad state anyway, dentist joked with him saying that ''ye daandth toh saarey hee nikaalney parengey'' . he had 2 taken out a while back and his blood wouldnt stop coming out for 2 days after he even had stitches. but now theres one particular back tooth thats really giving him grief and hes being awkward.

Hi. try this: take one aspirin tablet and put it in between two teeth(affected one) and see the miracle.
