Today I was eating & just a small chip from my front tooth broke off 
. What can be done now? It irritates every time it touches the lips. What options do I have to repair this tooth of mine.

Go see your dentist. It depends how big the chip is...dentist may smooth it off or maybe need to place a filling.

Firstly, it won't irritate you as much after a few days when you get used to it.
Secondly, as it is your front tooth, you should go and see a dentist who will just put a small filling and shape it so that it replaces the bit that chipped off. Larger chips usually need a crown, but you say it's small, so that is good news, Alhamdulillah because it won't take too much time and will be cheaper than crowns, etc.
